I bought a bouquet to be delivered to the Opera house to my cousin who was performing that night. He loved the bouquet, and I didn`t have the hassle of taking flowers to the venue and delivering them to the stage door. I was sent a photo of the finished product (The Little Prince), which was a huge bouquet, well worth the price and delivery. Highly recommend.

Honestly they are going to be my go to florist from now one.

Communication was great, delivery was on time but the flowers did not match the price with too much green filler.

The variety of floral arrangements and gifts is excellent and the value for money is great too. I know I can rely on them to get the order delivered correctly and promptly, since I`m half a world away and need to be sure of good service. My mother has loved every one of the many arrangements I`ve sent. She`s 97 and still going strong and deserves every gift we can send to her! She takes great pride in sending me photos of her latest "Urban Flower Gem". That`s what matters the most!
Amazing service. Liked the notification when they were ready for delivery then the photo that followed.

The parcel arrived exactly when it was due. Not just impeccable service but the quality of the products was exactly stated on the website. The teddy was gorgeous and the exact size stated and the chocolate arrived and was not melted so they must use refrigeration. The oil is beautiful too - my daughter was thrilled. Perfect gift to let someone know you care on a special occasion. Top notch service and outstanding quality products.
