We were looking for a potted plant as a gift for a colleague who is leaving us. Urban Flower`s online shop with photos that you could actually see the size of the pot stood out against competitors. They has people holding the pots which demonstrated size perfectly. The whole transaction was easy and they even sent a photo of the actual item being delivered on the day of the delivery. Then another notification when delivered.

The flower quality is excellent and the communications from them throughout the process until delivered has been brilliant. I will definitely continue to use them as my preferred flower delivery business.

The pink coloured flowers were included in the bouquet as requested according to the friend who recieved it. The only slight disappointment was that the photo of the flowers was not included in the receipt as the lady who took the order indicated. Thank you.
