I have utilised different florist previously however I have never had such superb service from a florist previously. Service was exceptional, receiving a photo of the bouquet when it was created and then being notified that the flowers had been delivered was service that I had not received before and is definitely a reflection of their commitment and care for their customers. I will be utilising Urban Flower for all my future floral gifts.

Delivered more on the later side than expected 6:22pm, and no door knock heard, which meant recpients didn`t see it until the next day but still happy with the service.
