Sending me a photo prior to despatch reassured me that the gift recipient was going to receive what I ordered. The bouquet looked stunning! The special delivery instructions were followed which was great. And, most importantly, the gift recipient loved her birthday flowers! She even sent me a photo of them 9 days later still looking great. I`ve ordered from Urban Flower before and have always been very happy with the excellent service and quality.
