I received a photo of the finished arrangement which was reassuring and the arrangement was larger than I expected which was a bonus. I also received a text to say when the flowers had been delivered.. This extra correspondence gave me confidence that the recipient would receive exactly what I had ordered and paid for.

While at their location I decided to order some flowers and teddy bears for my niece and her two baby girls. The staff were very helpful and didn`t mind us getting in their way while they were busy fulfilling orders. My mother even found what she describes as "The perfect African violet" and bought that on the spot! The on site visit proved to me what a great organization Urban Flower is. Perhaps on my next visit to Sydney I`ll call ahead and try and get a chance to meet either Carly or Winston in person just to thank them.I can highly recommend this place for any special flower gift needs. They do a fantastic job!
