Transaction was simple and I was notified with a photo of the final arrangement. once the flowers were delivered I then received an email from the owner to advise the flowers had been successfully delivered. I would definitely use their services again.

Furthermore, finding your physical store for pick up was difficult and I would have liked some more detailed instructions on your website, especially given the image of your store on google appears to be on a street corner. I eventually had to call up for directions. Thanks.

Ordered around 10.30am and the client received them at around 3pm that day. I`ve used Urban Flowers in the past and had the same level of service (as well as an extremely high quality product). Will use them again! 10/10.
