I got regularly updated, including an image of the flowers when they were ready. It was amazing to see their work before the order went out. The bunch was big, full and beautiful, all with fresh flowers that matched the website image.
From Order to delivery, we had no issues. The quality of flowers and packaging was great.

Cost was more reasonable than some sites.

I spent 15 minutes picking a bunch (I am indecisive), went through checkout and when I pressed submit, it said I need to pick a bunch from the Valentine’s Day range only. I wish this was made clearer before I spent all that time picking one. That being said, I am super impressed and will 100% use them again.

And most importantly, the flowers arrived on time, my instructions were followed to the detail and the presentation was superb. Cheers, Urban Flowers! Till my next order.
