Confirmation text that order was ready for delivery was around 11.45am. However disappointingly the delivery didn`t arrive until around 8pm and reception at the hospital had finished so I had to come down and collect myself after I`d just had surgery. I understand the busy time obviously but it should have arrived in time for reception as they do the deliveries to the wards. Just a bit frustrating. Thanks
