The flowers were lovely just not exactly what I wanted however, they also spelt my name wrong on the card even after informing them of this before the flowers left for delivery. Neither did I receive to photo before the flowers left the premises. I did email Urban Flowers afterwards of my disappointment however no-one returned a reply. My second time was completely the opposite, and the person taking the order went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. On sending the photo through before the flowers left the shop, she happily swapped out a couple of the flowers to meet my requests.
Purchase was effortless. A photo of my chosen arrangement was texted to me before delivered. Delivery was prompt- as promised! Great service...Purchase was effortless. A photo of my chosen arrangement was texted to me before delivered. Delivery was prompt- as promised! Great service all around!

I rang the florist a few times and the lady that answered was very polite, helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The flowers were even more beautiful than in the picture. They arrived early and the delivery person was very friendly and polite. Very happy with my decision to buy from Urban florist. I will be buying my flowers from them from now on.
