I absolutely love that they send a photo of the arrangements before dispatch. The expectation versus reality is spot on, no nasty surprises! I had a last-minute order on a Saturday morning and they delivered a stunning arrangement to Campbelltown on the same day. I can’t rate them highly enough. I’ve stopped using any other provider and Urban Flower is now my first go too!
Efficient, pretty, generous bouquets, with accurate updates every step of the way. Great experience!

They kept you updated on the delivery from door to door, and they even sent you a picture of what you purchased so you knew exactly what was being delivered- who does that? This is exceptional customer service that I have never experienced before in a florist. I would recommend and use them in future without any hesitations.
