Efficient with keeping you informed on delivery date and time. I also like that they have been in the flower business for I think 3 generations. Thus it is not a international but an Australian business.

Urban Flower offers a wide selection of arrangements and plants which are unique and special and different from many florists I have used before. I received a text photo of what was ready to send and a text confirmation that delivery was complete - never experienced that level of service before. To top it off the recipient was overwhelmed with the the gift. Could not recommend more highly.

Replied to emails promptly, offered an earlier delivery, and the product delivered was exactly as advertised. Beautiful, quality gift and amazing service!
