Urban Flowers far exceeded my expectations with both quality, service and care. All areas of customer service were fantastic- my daughter even said that the delivery person was lovely. The flowers were perfect and absolutely beautiful AND fresh! They were also pretty much exactly as pictured on website ( which hardly ever is the case with other florists). I will always use Urban Flowers for future deliveries and very happy to recommend them to friends and family. Thankyou for a pleasant experience.

Also, they sent me a photo of the bunch and an email to inform that the order has been delivered which made me quite impressed with their service. The style of arrangement goes over the top. Urba Flower will be my top choice of floral shop in Sydney.

My experience with Urban Flower was outstanding, easy purchase, ordering was so simple, as soon as the payment was made I had an email as well as a message confirmation which made me feel at ease and I had regular updates throughout the day !! I left a specific description to access the property and it was followed throughly!! No misunderstandings and the attention to detail was simply impressive. I do not know how else to describe your service but thank you, not to even mention how beautifully the flower was presented !! Definitely my go to in the future !!
