I called the store, and the lady who answered was incredibly understanding and helpful. She listened patiently and assured me she would do what she could to make it right. To my surprise, just a few minutes after our call, I received an updated photo—and it was beyond my expectations! The new arrangement was vibrant, beautifully put together, and exactly what I had hoped for.It truly made my friend’s day when she received it.Thank you for the thoughtful service and quick response. Highly recommend! 🌸
