I was a little disappointed in the range of flowers available.I admit that at first I wasn`t as clear about what I wanted as I usually am. It was a gift for a very ill child and I wasn`t quite sure of the tone I was atter. As I became sure of what I wanted, there were many flowers not available, even types of flowers and fillers were not possible .Th staff member I dealt with was very helpful and patient; she simply didn`t have enough of what I wanted. In the end the fliers were closer but not quite perfect.

Im often away from home and it was nice to find something that could remind my beloved I still cared for her while I was away. The picture of the flowers and the delivery feedback was a real assurance. That the flowers turned up on time and looked terrific.

Once booked I got all the usual email confirmations, however I then received a text message with a photo of the posy just prior to them dispatching. I got another message to arrive the bouquet had been delivered. Ordered at 9.30am and delivered on the same day. I will be using Urban Flower for all my "Thank yous"!
