I couldn`t believe that I got a photo of the flowers sent. That I was advised that the flowers had been delivered. My friend who recieved the flowers loved them so much and has advised that she will use Urban Flowers in the future. Thank you so much.

My mother who was the recipient loved the bouquet and thought they were gorgeous. However, while the order was for a dozen yellow roses, there were only 11 in the bouquet. This was probably an error but I expect some recompense (perhaps for the missing flower).

As an EA for a big company I`m always arranging flowers for someone. I unfortunately have a small budget each time. I`m really over finding a local florist and crossing my fingers they will put together a bunch that`s nice and fresh. I came across Urban Flowers and I could not have had a better experience. The person didn`t rush me on the phone, knew i needed a tax invoice, sent me a picture of the flowers when they were ready and OMMGGGGGG THEY WERE GORGEOUS!!!!!! Quite literally I will not book with anyone else from now on. My colleague was blown away, thank you so much for doing such an incredible job from order, to delivery. Thank you team!

Not only are the flowers just stunning, they send you a photo of what is sent out and then notify you when the delivery is done. The cost is well worth the quality and service.

To be honest, the bouquet that was sent was very small for the money. Also I paid extra for it to arrive in the morning and it didn`t.

They sent me a photo of the arrangement once it was ready to send. They also sent me another text soon after delivering the flowers. The arrangement looked just like the one I chose. Very often you don’t get what you pay for with other florist but here what you ordered & paid for was what you got. Thank you Urban flowers.
