I found them to be helpful over the phone, responsive and quick. I ordered a bunch of flowers for same day delivery and was updated throughout the entire process with images of the flower I had purchased. My co-worker who received them was blown away by how beautiful they were.
I ordered a gift for a friend in hospital. She received the gift early the next day. It cheered her up immensely.
