I was worried about delivery time as I ordered on a Friday night for Saturday delivery. I received a photo of my purchase on the Saturday morning with a note saying delivery had been arranged. The process was flawless, and my mum loved her gift. Thank you! I’ll definitely be using you again.

The only problem with my last delivery is that the flowers were left at the Covid entrance of the hospital, and not the main reception. As I wasn`t at work I had to ask a colleague to find them as she stated main reception had not had a delivery. (Perhaps someone else at reception received them and did not pass on the flowers??) They were found nearby on the Covid entrance table. If I hadn`t have rung to check they may not have been delivered in time for the receivers last day of work. Otherwise, always happy with your service. Thank you.
