Your patience with me was refreshing considering you guys couldn`t contact my daughter to leave the flowers on her birthday at first. This was not from lack of trying from Urban Flower. My daughter received her beautiful flowers and candle, which she said was amazing. THANKYOU Urban Flower, will not be using anyone else from now on. 100% beautiful flowers good job to you all.

One said the flowers were exquisite, the other said it was the most beautiful bunch of flowers she had ever seen. I saw photos and they were both gorgeous. When you`re sending flowers that you can`t choose in person it`s great to know that they`re as beautiful as you would want them to be.

I ordered a Peace Lily in a bower pot this time around for a dear friend who had experienced the loss of a loved one. I was contacted by my dear friend who expressed her gratitude upon delivery of the beautiful Peace Lily and bower pot noting how gorgeous it was. She was over the moon. She forwarded me a photo and I was so thrilled to see the quality of the plant whose leaves had been glossed and the beautiful bower pot it came in. I highly recommend Urban Flower for both your flower and plant needs. They never disappoint. Thank you Carli and Winston and also to your delivery people for your service, especially during the current COVID pandemic. Your service is truly appreciated and makes the world of difference by bringing such joy to those in need 🙏🏻🦋🥰
