I ordered for a friends birthday from interstate, not realising the business was quite a distance to the property (worried I may get a call to cancel but I was wrong) The flowers received by my friend were so fabulous the size was exactly what I envisioned and the cost was what you should be paying. This was a single stem orchid plus a few small gifts added on the side. The website was very easy to navigate with the ordering process very quick and easy. There is a wide range of products available at various price points to suit all budgets. Delivery service was quick (next day delivery) and professional with constant communications providing a status update. Our departing colleague was very surprised and loved the gift.Overall it was an amazing experience using Urban Flower. Will definitely be using Urban Flower again!
