Govt. not allowing us to be together, a phone call to the provided number to let us know if the delay would have been the least they could do, especially after spending so much money on them. We’re already having a hard enough time during this pandemic, I wanted to put a huge smile on my mum’s face on her special day.

With no fuss or hassle at all they upgraded to a large monstera, made a few necessary changes to the original card, and had the plant delivered soon after. I had an email inquiry regarding the drop off after hours on the Saturday evening, and even though it was a Saturday evening out of hours a member of the team called me back immediately to verify the details of where the plant had been delivered. It was superbly wrapped and presented. Couldn’t fault the business in any way.

Their arrangements and flowers are always beautiful and fresh and their website is easy to use and delivery always on time. I have used other florists before finding Urban Flower and been extremely disappointed. I can highly recommend Urban Flowers to anyone.

For context- I had ordered light pink roses and they had started to look yellow. Flowers were for a friend’s birthday and this is what she messaged me when she had received them- “ The way he gave them to me was like he was sick of life and his body was broken”. When you offer delivery, you need to provide the service with the delivery too. Online purchase aspect was quite straightforward and easy to use.
