I definitely would use Urban Flower again, a shame they don’t deliver to Adelaide too!

My...Dear Urban Flowers,I would like to express my gratitude for the wonderful customer service as well as excellent quality of your products. My friend and I were very impressed that your business stays open till late at night (7pm). What impressed us even further - is the incredible patience, politeness, expert knowledge and care that the Floral Designer on duty, Juliana, exhibited. Juliana was simply wonderful throughout our interaction of choosing the suitable flower arrangement, making sure that it was delivered with appropriate care and making sure that all other details were very well taken care of. We arrived very late on Thursday 27/05/21 (after 6:30pm) - and especially in this situation, Juliana`s devotion to Urban Flower and excellent customer service - is simply admirable. I congratulate you on your amazing business as well as on the choice of your wonderful staff, like Juliana. I will certainly use your services again and will recommend you to my friends.
