I ordered a flower arrangement and bottle of vino for a friends birthday. Unfortunately, Murphy`s law applied itself and unknowingly, the flowers and bottle of wine didn`t get delivered together. Having discovered that, I phone the office, at what I would consider "after hours" and the response was electric! The bottle of wine was delivered to my friend within a short time. If all companies adopted this type of personal service, the world would be a better place. Thank you Urban.....you guys are fantastic!
