We believe we were completely taken advantage of with our online order. This bunch of flowers in a vase cost us $179!! Can’t believe it. So disappointed with Urban Flower and their value for money. I queried the value and was told it was correct.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful - I think they were even nicer than the image on the website. The hamper items were of high quality and the colours were nicely paired with the floral arrangement which was a very nice touch. I withheld 1 star because I didn’t receive any form of notification that the flowers had been delivered. Considering the higher cost compared to most other florists, I really would have expected delivery notification to be part of the service.
