I ordered before 10am on the day BEFORE the required delivery. I phoned on the day to enquire when the flowers would be delivered, and was told `lunch time` I phoned again around 2pm to enquire why the delivery was still not made and was told, Delivery "COULD BE ANYTHING UP TO 7PM ON THE REQUIRED DAY, BECAUSE I HAD ONLY PAID THE STANDARD $12.95 CHARGE, AND THE TERMS WERE CLEARLY LAID OUT IN THE WEBSITE" I checked!!! It states that the $12.95 will guarantee same day delivery.I requested the flowers to be delivered next day, so it could mean anytime during the day!!!!Also the person I spoke to was certainly not at all helpful, understanding or particularly pleasant. The Birthday surprise to my friend in a Nursing Home in Lockdown, where no visitors are allowed, arrived at 2.30pm, very disappointing.

I`m in the U.S. and I ordered flowers for a friend in Sydney - I was worried I`d have trouble but it was very easy. My friends received their flowers on time, and sent pictures - they were so lovely, I can only imagine how stunning they are in person!
