Order confirmation email worked as it should have. Flowers were delivered in the morning, which is what I hoped for as I ordered two days in advance.

I ordered for a friend of mine sot he only minor thing was that I never received a tracking update to know that they received it (noting I found out the day after that they had, but not sure what time). I have used other same day flower services before and always got an email for when the flowers left the shop and an email when they have arrived, which was about 30mins later from the first email. I get really nervous when waiting for deliveries like these because it feels like I cannot leave the house when I am so unsure as to when they will arrive.
