After specifically asking to buzz apartment (my 90 year old Mum is always home) and giving specific instructions NOT to leave flowers at the letterboxes on ground Floor, the courier left the flowers at the letterboxes. Fortunately a neighbour found them and completed the delivery I paid for.

I really just wanted to bring a smile to her face and take her mind off everything going on for just a little while. Well, it had the desired effect! She was absolutely blown away by the beautiful flowers and the array of gifts. It was even more beautiful than I ever expected! The fact it was stocked with goods from small Aussie businesses was fabulous, I love being able to support them in some small way through such a difficult time. I will happily order from Urban Flower in the future, they far exceeded my expectations! Thank you!
