When there was an issue with the availability of the product, they called and offered substitutes which was great. Their plants are a really nice idea instead of standard flowers as well.

I`m living in the States so ordered from here. Where to start, so many things..1. Website easy to use, good pictures and variety of arrangements including potted plants, nice choice of extras, wine, chocolate, cards2. You are open early, 7am, very helpful3. Called and was able to check on availability of flowers in the picture and which would need swapping out... assistant was very helpful and reassuring that the bouquet would be as good as pictured4. Placed order online... very easy5. Good price range6. Flowers delivered same day in great time and were absolutely stunning Can`t say enough about how happy I am about my order. They were for my sisters 30th wedding anniversary, she and my brother-in-law, both working from home, looked out and saw the delivery guy coming down the path to their building with the flowers and my sister said, "wow wish they were for me..." (They had no idea) They were blown away with the surprise and the beauty of the bouquet... it couldn`t have been more perfect. Sent me photo`s and are so so happy.
Excellent service, flowers were delivered as promised.
