The company were very friendly and organised. The flower arrangement was pretty but much smaller than the image on the internet.

I am very disappointed. Contrast this with Glee Books who received an order from me on the same day for delivery of a book to a friend in the Blue Mountains. They advised when it was dispatched and advised today that it had been collected from the PO Box to which it was addressed. That`s service and the amount I spent was considerably less. The recipient in that case also is unable to advise me himself that the book has been delivered / received.I was informed that this was the only florist allowed to make deliveries to the particular nursing home - not sure if this is contract agreement all the time or whether it has come about because of the pandemic but clearly they have this business sewn up.
