Fresh cut flowers were not able to be delivered to my friend in hospital and the team contacted me to let me know they were putting the delivery on hold and then delivered them once she moved into a regular ward. I didn`t have to do anything. And the arrangement was beautiful. Thank you Urban Flowers!
