I ordered some flowers on a very busy day, so was happy to find somewhere who delivers same day. They called me about 3 hours after I placed my order, after 1PM to tell me they’re short a driver and have to cancel my order. Not only did this I inconvenience me, but also stressed me as I had to find somewhere last minute who would do same day delivery at that time. Also, the refund takes up to 10 business days to be processed. Never again.
