The website was so easy to navigate, and the flowers looked identical (if not better) than what was shown on the website. The flowers arrived promptly on mums birthday, and were delivered to her workplace with no issue. Mum absolutely loved the flowers and said that they were the most beautiful and freshest flowers that she had ever received. The flowers smelt and looked incredible, and the arrangement was impeccable. I will definitely be using and recommending Urban Flowers again after this experience!
2nd time I have ordered flowers with Urban Flower and both times have been on time, just what I ordered and gorgeous flowers!!

The wife loved the selection and presentation of her roses so the end product definitely achieved the desired outcome for her as well - winning!
