I have used them several times now to send flowers to my family and friends on various occasions. The service I have received has been stellar. I request, they do exactly what they promise. This has been repeated consistently. The quality of the flowers and the exquisiteness of the design has been deeply satisfying. Please read this direct quote after my most recent delivery: “Your flowers for Mum are beautiful. The photo doesn`t do them justice.”This is exactly what I want to hear. When you order flowers you do it blind and in good faith, but Urban Flowers seem to understand this and I feel that they strive to make me look good, generous, caring and thoughtful. All I did was make an order, Urban Flower did all the hard work, I reap the benefits of the gratitude and delight. This is five star service and I appreciate this wholly. My only regret and disappointment is that this rating mechanism only goes up to five stars.
