The quality of the plant was beyond my expectations, absolutely stunning and in perfect condition! Delivery was seamless and I was notified of every step in the process, and sent images or the plant leaving the store and when it was delivered. I felt very well taken care of. I am over the moon about ordering with Urban Flowers and will be purchasing through them solely from now on. I can’t express how happy I am and how surprised and delighted my father was with his precious orchids.

The assortment and choice is outstanding, the user experience was very easy and I loved that I received regular updates along the way. Even the photo of the actual bouquet once it had been made - is a great touch. Would definitely recommend the website and use it again.
