Urban Flowers provides fantastic customer service, particularly with respect to providing comprehensive updates on my order, notably they provide via txt an actual image of the arrangement, and when it was successfully delivered. I find this really helpful as I was ordering online and I`m based in Melbourne. Will definitely use again!
